Extension of conveyor line for stamping facility – Stage II

With a reputation for durability and reliability of its products Astos Machinery has been approached by a German company from automotive Industry, for designing and fabrication of an integrated conveyor system for two industrial power presses Schuler.

Seven conveyors had to be tailor made to exact customer needs. The whole complex system of conveyors and industrial power press had to be fitted with integrated control technology. The Design and Technology Department of Astos Machinery has chosen programmable logic controller system PLC Siemens, consistently proven to be cost effective and flexible automation system.

Astos Machinery designed, fabricated and successfully delivered the sophisticated conveyor system.
