Application: Press Shop in the Automotive Industry – Outer Body Panels

Setup of 3 chain conveyors:

  • 2 straight conveyors with lengths of 23 m and 32 m
  • Z-shaped chip conveyor with a total length of 36 m and an ejection height of 14 m

Equipment:

  • Motor-driven pivoting discharge hopper made of Hardox for 2 high-capacity containers with sensors for automatic filling level monitoring
  • 4 Hardox hoppers
  • High-capacity containers
  • Maintenance platforms, transition bridge, stairs (3 levels), support structure, and support for the chip conveyor
  • Siemens automatic control unit with a touchscreen for communication between presses, presses and other press shop equipment, and automatic container filling
