Detailed description
The contaminated fluid first flows through magnetic separators, which remove ferromagnetic particles for recycling. In the sedimentation tank the flow calms down, heavier particles sink to the bottom and the DHR scraper conveyor discharges them into a container. The finest fractions settle on a set of inclined lamellas.
The filtered fluid collects in the clean tank, from where two pumps controlled by a frequency converter return it to the machines. During production downtime the recirculation pump keeps cleaning the fluid. The station automatically tops up process water and emulsion concentrate according to the level.
Suitable for grinding, machining, hardening and industrial washing. The optional KSA control station continuously measures fluid cleanliness directly at the outlet to the machines, without laboratory analyses.
