Detailed description
ASTOS roller conveyors form the backbone of pallet transport systems — in automated lines in production plants, in logistics centers and in warehouses. The standard version is supplied with the motor at the side or underneath the conveyor; a low-profile variant is also available, with a conveying height from as little as 85 mm (carrying roller ø 60 × 3 mm, axle ø 17 mm), for example with segments for loading and removing pallets from the front by forklift.
Alongside the standard we offer special versions: double and two-level roller tracks, tracks with a tilting section, or versions for forklift loading. Carrying rollers can alternatively be supplied in stainless steel, rubber-coated or coated; side guides and legs are also available in stainless steel, and the drive can use a tangential chain.
Options and accessories: side guides, centering of full and empty pallets (to the side or to the center), stoppers, pallet checking (including weighing), actuating switch rollers, guide rings, entry protection, crossovers (including with a step) and transition plates, motor covers, counter supports, pallet lifting stations, sensor brackets and emergency stop switches.
